RetroWhims Floristry is a story-driven, cottage garden-style floral design business owned and operated by Tracie Heidt, based in North Carolina. We specialize in vintage-inspired, whimsical botanical artistry for weddings, events, and everyday occasions.

2. Online Shop — Orders & Purchases
Placing an Order
By placing an order through our online shop, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by RetroWhims Floristry.
Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price charged for an order will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed. Applicable taxes and shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Payment
We accept the following payment methods through our online shop: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. A 2.9% processing fee applies to all credit card transactions. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.
Order Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed. Please review it carefully and contact us promptly at hello@retrowhims.com if any corrections are needed.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines and rates will be displayed at checkout. While we make every effort to fulfill and ship orders promptly, estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. RetroWhims Floristry is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Risk of loss and title for items purchased from our shop pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@retrowhims.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.
4. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Perishable & Custom Items
Due to the perishable and handcrafted nature of our floral products, all sales are generally final. We are unable to accept returns on fresh floral arrangements, dried botanicals, or custom-made items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@retrowhims.com with a description and photos. We will work with you in good faith to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Order Cancellations
Online shop orders may be cancelled for a full refund if the request is made before the order has been prepared or shipped. Once an order is in preparation, cancellations may not be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@retrowhims.com if you need to cancel.
5. Flower & Material Substitutions
We design with the seasons and the market. When specific flower varieties are listed or shown, RetroWhims Floristry reserves the right to substitute flowers or botanical materials of equal or greater value when market conditions, weather, or seasonal availability affect the integrity of a design. Substitutions will always honor the overall color palette and aesthetic intent of the piece.
6. Event & Wedding Floral Services
Event and wedding floristry services are governed by a separate, signed Floral Services Agreement between RetroWhims Floristry and the client. Inquiries submitted through this website initiate a consultation process only and do not constitute a binding agreement.
Key terms of our event services — including payment schedules, cancellation policies, and scope of work — are detailed in the Floral Services Agreement provided at booking. If you have questions before signing, please reach out at hello@retrowhims.com.
7. Intellectual Property & Portfolio Rights
All content on this website — including text, photography, design concepts, floral arrangements, graphics, and logos — is the creative and intellectual property of RetroWhims Floristry and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, display, or use any content from this site for commercial purposes without prior written permission from RetroWhims Floristry.
RetroWhims Floristry reserves the right to photograph all floral work created for clients and to use those images for marketing, portfolio, social media, website display, and publication purposes.
8. Privacy & Data Collection
RetroWhims Floristry collects personal information submitted through contact forms, inquiry forms, and email signups for the sole purpose of communicating with you and fulfilling your order or service request. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

9. Communications & Response Times
Our preferred method of communication for all inquiries and client correspondence is email at hello@retrowhims.com. Please allow 24–48 business hours for a response. RetroWhims Floristry typically spends Thursday through Saturday focused on active design work — please allow additional response time on those days.
10. Professional Conduct
RetroWhims Floristry maintains a zero-tolerance policy for disrespectful or abusive communication. We are committed to a collaborative, joyful process and ask that all interactions — whether in person, by email, phone, or on social media — reflect mutual kindness and professionalism.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to any individual who engages in harassing, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate behavior toward our team.
11. Honest Reviews & Non-Disparagement
We welcome honest, factual feedback about your experience with RetroWhims Floristry. If you have a concern, we ask that you contact us directly at hello@retrowhims.com before posting publicly, so we have the opportunity to address it in good faith.
We ask that customers refrain from making false, misleading, or malicious statements about RetroWhims Floristry, its owner, staff, or work in any public or private forum. Nothing in this section prohibits lawful consumer reviews or honest expression of your genuine experience.
12. Limitation of Liability
RetroWhims Floristry's liability for any claim arising from the use of this website or purchase of products shall not exceed the total amount paid for the item(s) in question. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
RetroWhims Floristry makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy or completeness of content on this site. Product colors and appearances may vary slightly from photos due to screen settings, natural variation in botanicals, and seasonal availability.
13. Force Majeure
RetroWhims Floristry shall not be held liable for delays or failure to fulfill orders or services resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, severe weather, supply chain disruptions, illness, government orders, or other emergencies. In such cases, we will communicate with affected customers promptly and work toward an equitable resolution.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, regardless of your location. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or purchase of products shall first be pursued through good-faith negotiation and, if necessary, mediation, before any legal action is initiated.
15. Changes to These Terms
RetroWhims Floristry reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
